HAMIDE RIHTIM, AIA

Hamide Rihtim is an architect, designer, and founder of Rihtim Office of Architecture (ROA), an independent New York–based practice focused on architecture and interiors. With over a decade of experience across hospitality, workplace, retail, and residential sectors, her work is defined by a balance of technical rigor, spatial clarity, and human-centered design.

Before founding ROA, Rihtim worked at internationally recognized firms including A+I (Architecture Plus Information) and Perkins & Will, contributing to award-winning projects recognized by Architizer, NYCxDESIGN, Fast Company, The Architect’s Newspaper, Interior Design Magazine, and others.

Her work is rooted in the belief that architecture should feel intuitive, layered, and deeply connected to how people move through space. At ROA, architecture and interiors are approached as an integrated experience shaped through material, atmosphere, and spatial sequence.
