Distinct yet continuous experiences unfold through a sequence of interconnected spaces defined by shifts in material and color.
The project is conceived as a series of episodic spaces differentiated through changes in palette, atmosphere, and spatial character while maintaining a cohesive whole. Lounge, café, bar, and work-oriented areas unfold as a continuous sequence anchored by a central stair that encourages movement and discovery. Transitions between zones are shaped through shifts in scale, tone, and enclosure, creating a fluid progression between social and more focused environments. The result is a layered amenity space designed to support gathering, informal work, pause, and everyday interaction within a unified architectural framework.
